Biobank of Alicante Institute for Health and Biomedical Research

The ISABIAL Biobank is a support platform for biomedical research whose main function is to manage collections of biological material of human origin and associated clinical information. The ISABIAL Biobank was authorized in 2013 and is registered in the National Register of Biobanks (registration number B.0000834). It is part of the Valencian Network of Biobanks (RVB) and is an adhered member of the ISCIII Biomodelos and Biobanks Platform. Itsa quality management system is certified according to ISO9001:2015.
The ISABIAL Biobank manages biological material from donors from the Health Department of the Dr Balmis University General Hospital and the Health and Biomedical Research Institute of Alicante (ISABIAL)
