On one hand, the position involves providing support in the organization of the CIPF Biomodels Platform, part of the IISCIII platform. This includes developing the service portfolio, seeking users, responding to users, budgeting, executing PNT documents, organizing meetings, maintaining a database of biological samples, as well as supporting fundraising efforts.
Additionally, the hired individual will be responsible for Quality Control of the selected procedures offered within the CIPF Biomodels Platform. Tasks in this area include: (i) ensuring the implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) procedures; (ii) producing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), documentation, equipment calibration, training requirements, etc. GLP principles are a managerial quality control system that encompasses the organizational process and conditions under which non-clinical health and environmental studies are planned, conducted, monitored, recorded, reported, and retained (or archived).
